With the condition of the rental itself, there are several details that are frustrating as a guest because they are easily rectified. I'd recommend that the property management take care of these for future guests. The top bunks were literally sandy bc whoever cleaned didn't bother to get up there and change those sheets. Floor in that room was also sandy. (Admittedly, we've seen this before in vacation rentals, but still gross for new guests.) Kids had to sleep on top of blankets bc we arrived late the first night. Other than that, it was fairly clean.
Property has a learning thermostat, and there were crazy schedules in it knocking the air down to 65 degrees during the middle of the night, which was not only surprising cold when you don't expect it, but waaaay colder than the managers want it set at. I had to go through and manually delete that weird cold schedule for every single night of the week so that it would just stay at a reasonable place we set it.
Also, it would be good to add something at the main living television to increase outlets, bc vacationers will usually bring along something for video games to hook up to the tv.
If we return to this area, we'll likely find a different rental.

Exterior of the condo, which is beyond his control, is in need of some upkeep. I noticed several rust stains or paint chipping on the railings
