The spacious master suite and second bedroom feature king-size beds, window seats, and direct access to the rear screened porch. The third bedroom showcases custom-built queen over queen bunk beds. Outside, you'll find a grill, covered parking, an outdoor shower, and four bikes provided with your stay.

Please be aware that construction is ongoing throughout 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
An amenity fee is charged per day.

When you book a vacation home through All 30A Properties, you'll receive a $25 per day credit towards complementary Beach Gear. Choose from a selection of single and tandem kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, cornhole, and more. Leave the packing to us—your gear will be delivered on your arrival day and collected on your departure day.

Regardless of how far out from check-in, all cancellations will incur a $89 fee for processing.
