With 2 bedrooms, including a Master bedroom with a king-size bed and a second bedroom with 2 full-size beds, there's ample space for your family. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need, and it seamlessly flows into the inviting living room for an open and spacious feel. Beachside Villas is located in Seagrove Beach, conveniently nestled between Seaside and Rosemary. You'll have easy access to a designated beach access point at the end of San Roy Road, just a short 5-minute walk away. Walton Dunes Beach Access is also nearby, just 0.8 miles away. Within walking distance (also 0.8 miles) is one of our favorite restaurants, Old Florida Fish House. This area also features a coffee shop, shaved ice vendor, beer/wine bar, and a few shops. Don't forget to grab some fresh seafood from Buddy's market if you enjoy cooking! The Beachside Villas complex offers fantastic amenities for your enjoyment, including two pools (one heated during the off-season), tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a clubhouse with poolside bathrooms. You can also take advantage of the docks with beautiful lake views for fishing and the community grill area. Easy beach access is available, and Eastern Lake is right outside, offering scenic views and opportunities for paddleboarding.
