Kelley Savage
Kelley Savage, co-owner of All 30A Properties, was born and raised along Florida’s Emerald Coast. After earning her degrees and spending time in Nashville, she eventually returned home to the beach she’s always loved. With a background in childcare and hospitality, Kelley brings a thoughtful, welcoming approach to every guest experience.
Michael Savage
Michael Savage, co-owner of All 30A Properties, grew up in Niceville, Florida and returned to the Emerald Coast after graduating from Florida State University. With years of experience in real estate and vacation rental management since 2013, Michael brings local expertise and hands-on care to every property they manage.
