The delightful home includes a street-legal 6-seater golf cart for quick trips to the beach via the Ed Walline Beach Access, Gulfview Heights Beach Access, Dune Allen / Fort Panic Beach Access, or ride one of the 4 bikes. Super convenient, and always fun.

Out back, the private pool is beautiful and inviting, as is the patio, with a built-in gas grill, and large TV. Watch movies in the warm water or play a few fun rounds of corn hole. Never a dull moment.

Inside, enjoy the fully loaded, gourmet kitchen with a commercial-size refrigerator/freezer and oversized oven.

The 9-foot island, along with the dining room table, has enough room for 10. The spacious living area with a big TV, will entertain your entire crew.

Upstairs is another large family room with a large TV, wine fridge, and coffee bar. It also opens onto a balcony with comfy seating.

The two primary suites help make this a perfect home for multiple families. There’s one on each floor, both with kings, double vanities, and luxurious showers. The two additional guest bedrooms, queens, have private bathrooms, as does the bunk room.
