All 30A Properties is a family owned and operated Vacation Rental Company specializing in properties along the beautiful Emerald Coast. We have years of experience in vacation rentals and real estate, and after years of passing clients along to other companies who fell short, we wanted to start a company that is focused on giving owners and guests the full customer service experience. When you call US, you speak to US… not an operator or agent who isn’t familiar with what our properties or area have to offer.
My name is Kelley Savage and I am the co-owner of All 30A Properties. I was born and raised in Fort Walton Beach, Florida and life at the beach is something I’ve always known. I went to Troy University for undergrad and lived in Nashville, Tennessee while earning my Master’s degree, but the beach ultimately called me back home. My background is in childcare, but being married to someone with a passion for real estate and investment properties, I developed a love for the property management side of the business. Michael Savage is the other half of our company, and he too grew up by the beach in Niceville, Florida. After receiving his degree from Florida State University, he wasted no time in returning home to start his real estate career. Michael has been in the rental management business since 2013.

We are both 3rd generation natives of the area and knew that we wanted to raise a family here. Our goal for this company is to make it something that our first born daughter, Elliott, and our growing family would be proud to be a part of one day. We take the concept of family very seriously and treat everyone (owners and guests) as if they are part of ours.
