Don't wait to book your stay at Paradise Found, in the beautiful Seagrove Beach sub-community of 30A! This spacious home is perfect for large families or groups traveling together that need a place to spread out. You have breathtaking gulf views from multiple areas of the home. While close to all that 30A has to offer, you are also nestled within a small, gated community along a quiet dead-end road. This provides peace of mind when traveling with guests of all ages!
Walking up the steps to the first level of the home, don't forget to take in the large balcony with beautiful, unobstructed gulf views. This is where you will enter the home and you are met with the expansive, open-concept living/dining/kitchen area. Don't worry about lack of space for your family because this home has it all! The 2nd floor also provides 2 bedrooms, each with a twin over full-size bunk bed and designated bathroom.
Moving down to the first floor, you have 2 additional bedrooms. The first guest bedroom houses a king-size bed. Guest bedroom #2 has 2 queen-size beds and both rooms share an oversized bathroom with separate jet tub and shower. Moving up to the third floor, this home finishes out with 4 additional bedrooms. The Master bedroom is located on this floor and offers a king-size bed and private bathroom. Guest bedrooms 1 and 2 on this floor each have a king-size bed and guest bedroom 3 is finished out with a queen-size bed. All of these bedrooms allow Paradise Found to sleep up to 20 guests!

The designated beach access for this home is Walton Dunes, a quick less than 5 minute walk away. Walton Dunes also allows beach vendor setup at this location.
If the size and proximity to the beach doesn't persuade you to book, let's talk about the backyard! Backing up to Eastern Lake, this picturesque space is everything you want, and didn't know you needed, when coming to the beach. From the front deck, take in the white sand and crystal-clear ocean views. From the back deck, soak up the calming lake charm, while relaxing in the private pool/hot tub! Both of these can be heated for an additional fee.
This home is professionally managed by All 30A Properties, comes with four adult bicycles as well as option to rent more bikes and add on a golf cart at a discounted rate directly with your booking! Booked guests receive a $25 per day credit towards complementary Beach Gear when you book an All 30A Properties vacation home. Best of all, your gear will be delivered on the day of your arrival and picked up on your departure date, so no need to pack any gear! Items to choose from include single and tandem kayaks, stand up paddle boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole and more!
Seagrove Beach is nestled between the renowned destinations of Seaside and Rosemary. Explore the vibrant local area and indulge in delicious dining options, with one of our favorite restaurants, Old Florida Fish House, only 0.8 miles away. Start your morning off with coffee at Beachy Bean or wind down in the evening with a glass of wine from Coastal Dune Company. You can even grab fresh seafood from Buddy's market to cook up a delightful meal. All of these options are less than a mile away!
